I am an experienced social worker focusing on mental health conditions with 4 years of experience in child protective services. I've worked with families facing abuse & addiction, taught high schoolers about sex education & finance, and worked with the National Suicide Prevention Line as well. I spoke and assisted individuals during crisis that came up in their lives. I decided to pursue counseling to help individuals and families build better communication and understanding among each other. I provide a safe, confidential, and enabling environment for my clients to overcome or manage life challenges through strength, knowledge, and resilience. I desire to work with my clients to assist in healing from trauma and building self-worth. I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to clients to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
