I found her on headway because she was the first available appointment. We had the appointment and she put me on Lexapro for the first time. She did not schedule a follow up appointment and told me to use the website. I tried each week to reschedule, but she was not available. I then tried to contact her by phone and left voicemail messages and she never called back. Withdrawal on Lexapro is not fun. I had to try to scramble to find a new provider for my meds. This is technically patient abandonment. She’s a new nurse practitioner that got her degree online. This seems to be a common thing with them. I definitely would not recommend her.

I would highly recommend Keeli to my friends and family, she spoke to me like a person, doctors make me nervous but she made me feel comfortable . We came up with a plan together and I’m feeling really hopeful and excited to continue.

She really listened to me, it’s nice to have a provider that makes me feel heard.
