He was a kind and caring surgeon who did a great job. I had a little pain when turning over for the first couple days but only took one pain pill. I look and feel so much better. I’m one year out and have lost 80 lbs.

Dr Berghoff came to the Indy area for a VERY short time (around 6 months). I know the Lord sent him to be my surgeon. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

had my first visit and think this doc will be a great fit. I was there 2 i/2 hrs. He answered all my questions and put me at ease. The staff couldn't have been nicer . Very helpful. I was a bit concerned after I read 1 bad review here. I prayed about it and went for my first visit. Can't wait till my surgery!!!

Dr. Berghoff performed my gastric bypass in June 2016. I complained at every check up because I wasn't losing weight. Dr Berghoff is the most rude Dr with the worst bedside manner I have ever met. I had to go to a different surgeon, have and EGD done to check my stomach. The results were, my stomach surgery was not properly done. I was informed after gastric bypass, you have a very small portion of your stomach, however, mine is bigger than a softball. I filed a complaint through the medical board at NKC hospital, and they really aren't concerned. They advised me to follow up with Berghoff. Why would I do that when he messed up the first time? Perhaps messing it up wasn't enough, death after all is a chance they tell you is possible. Please think twice before going to this facility, there are PLENTY others to choose from.

He performed surgery on my husband, paged us to the consultation room after surgery, then left the hospital without talking to us. They had to call him and he spoke to me over the phone. His office made a complete mess of setting up his surgery and following thru with other doctors involved. He and his partner disagreed on home health care for husband on release from hospital. Totally incompetant staff and surgeon.
