Keerthish Jaisingh, MD, provides patient-centered care as a general cardiologist specializing in:

Originally from Brampton, Ontario, Canada, where his parents currently reside, Dr. Jaisingh graduated with honors in biological science from the University of Guelph in Ontario. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical University of the Americas in the West Indies. He completed all of his clinical training in the U.S., including Louisiana, Maryland, Oklahoma, Ohio and New York. He moved to Shreveport in 2019, where he completed an internal medicine residency and a general cardiology fellowship at LSUS Health Shreveport. He is grateful to Shreveport as it has allowed him and his wife to put down roots here, and he looks forward to continuing to serve and give back to the people from …whom he has learned so much.  

Dr. Jaisingh focuses on getting to know his patients and their backgrounds, allowing him to provide comprehensive, personalized care. His passion in cardiology is guiding patients through their healthcare journeys with compassion, answering challenging questions and helping them make treatment decisions that align with their personal health goals. 

A diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, he is certified by the National Board of Echocardiography and the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. He keeps up with cardiology research, along with new medical therapies and technology, so he can always do his best for patients.

In his personal time, Dr. Jaisingh stays active and loves playing basketball. He is a huge Toronto sports fan, and cheers on the Maple Leafs, Raptors and Blue Jays.
