Dr. Farhad Mosallarie is an interventional pain physician working at the Sonoran Spine Center. Dr. Farhad obtained his medical degree from the University of North Texas, in Fort Worth. Afterward, he completed his residency in physical medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas Texas. Prior to Dr. Farhad Mosallarie's medical career, he worked as an engineer. He has a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from Arizona State University and has done many years of research in different institutions including Albrook University in Denmark, and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.Dr. Farhad joined Sonoran Spine Center in 2006, and has been working there ever since! The one major factor that helped him decide to become a practitioner at Sonoran Spine Center was their multidisciplinary environment, keeping patients from having to go from doctor to doctor. Making Sonoran Spine Center a "one-stop-shop".

Dr. Mosallaie is the best pain doctor. He knows the best procedure to help a patient's pain. He will go above and beyond for a patient. I have depended on him for my neck and lower back pain for many years. He will provide trigger point injections in office to help my pain. He is direct and some people may not like this. However, I prefer this than having a doctor load me up with unnecessary steroids and extra charges. Trust that he will do the best he can to relieve your pain. I highly recommend and trust Dr. Mosallaie.

After discussing my symptoms and pain, Dr. Mosallaie selected an injection site that he thought would help resolve my problems or at least rule out a cause of the problem. The initial injection worked overnight and relieved all of my symptoms. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Mosallaie is spot on with the needed injection site! I am thankful for him. I get the needed relief. The office staff are Very courteous, helpful and caring. They all work together very well.
