Not very friendly but not rude. Was told my insurance was in network and it wasn't so I ended up with a large bill.

Amazing! Going to any doctor in general raises my anxiety. For one, I’m hard of hearing, so it makes things a little more difficult on both ends. Dr. Loftins entire staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I originally went in to Dr. Loftins Lumina office to discuss biote pellets and by the end of my first visit I had decided I wanted her to be my new obgyn. She is absolutely amazing! So informative, sits and talks with you and explains things so thoroughly. She caught the culprit of my unexplained anemia and I’ve been seeing my regular obgyn consistently for the last 20 years. The ladies in the office are Amazing as well, so sweet and just made the entire experience a positive one. Thank you ladies for all you do!!

Dr Loftin is a really great dr . She delivered me with my 20month old now she will b delivering me again as I am 5 wks pregnant

I have been a pt of Dr. Loftin since, hmmm, 2005 ...her office staff has changed since then, for the better. Dr. Loftin as well as her Medial Assistant (MA) do their best to accommodate and address each person's need efficiently. I was referred to another GYN by Dr. Loftin, she was upfront to tell me she was unable to perform such complicated procedure for me..and YES she did follow up, with a personal phone call; also, any testing performed, you can expect a phone call fro the physician personally. There is no reason why anyone should be disappointed..trust me, I have encountered and been in worse places (in relation to physician's offices). And who wouldn't want a doc that is knowledgeable, think twice before you let one bad review turn you away... Dr. Loftin's a'okay by me :) -DD

All I tried to do was reschedule an appointment, and it was a nightmare! Because the whole staff takes a two hour lunch and all thats left is the answering service who can only take messages for you, the real receptionists NEVER CALL BACK! Whats the point? They are usless and rude everytime. I had to continue to call the number which is always busy (**sarcastic tone**WONDER WHY???) Not to mention the wait time is so long, you can get there, leave to eat and come back and still have to wait. I have more negative comments then compliments about this office. Please go else where for better service and staff that actually care about you.
