Dr. Keith Reeves Barron Jr, MD

Ask for a new doctor immediately if you get Dr. Barron. He's a jerk and doesn't have time for questions, yet he doesn't explain the treatment plan either. Very hurried and acted like we were holding him up when we just wanted to know the plan. Very un-professional.

Pompous, unprofessional and unkind. He must have gotten his MD online, as he has zero bedside manner. Request another doctor if you end up with him.

Dr. Barron is terrible. He talks above and all around a family , but he doesn’t talk to them. He’s offended when you even ask a question. He’s a jerk to the nursing staff. He is abrasive and does not handle criticism or suggestions well. We went to the administrator on duty at Palmetto Health Richland to request a new physician. We have no use for his attitude and demeaning nature.

What a jerk. Dr Barron does not listen or explain things in terms that people can understand them. He talks down to patients and families and is insulting. Don't waste your time. Very in-experienced, but thinks he knows everything.
