Dr Baumgarten listened, discussed and gave his prognosis and game plan . My wait time to see him was minimal. It’s everything you want in a doctor appointment

Dr. Baumgarten is great. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his team. The process for getting records/forms filled out though is a nightmare along with having to pay a third party company to do this when anyone could spend 2 minutes to fill out the form and be on your way.

Dr Baumgarten is very thorough in his explanation of any questions I had. He is very professional and has a great bedside manner. I have recommended him to several other people who have also been very happy with their treatment results.

He remembered me from 4 years ago. Good strong handshake. I thought I was going to have to do surgery but he suggested an injection and physical therapy. Check back in two months and if shoulder is better then I won’t have to do surgery. This pleases me very much!!!!

The entire staff at OI was very friendly & knowledgeable. Dr. Baumgarten did a total shoulder replacement for me in 2010, when it came time to have the other one looked at, he was the only Dr. I wanted. I feel very confident in his ability to get me back to living without the pain. Everyone at OI was so kind.
