Thought they forgot about me waited almost 2 hrs no follow up it takes forever to c him.I liked the other Dr Dr gibans.always different staff and wanted to charge for a physical never ever going back

Dr B has been actively trying to help with my health issues after 10+ years of doctors dismissing my concerns

Wow... unbelievable unprofessional staff, Rebecca the office manager "wicked witch of the west" can't keep a staff to save the office, tremendous turnover. Went from bad to incredibly inept.

Dangerous! No one followed up after an appointment to warn me of my dangerous levels of blood work. I called 6 days after the toxic levels were reported to them. Thank heavens I called, because they certainly did not try to call me. Told me to make another appointment to go over results. I would have been dead by the time I was scheduled in. This office is so extremely uncoordinated, uncaring and a lawsuit waiting to happen. I don't want it to be over my dead body!

After being told I had cancer, I went in to see Dr Bodrero to go over my labs and blood work. He was wise and thorough. I watched him write out a script that Monday morning (I had a 9:15 appt). The scripts were for a specialist and for oxygen. He told me if I hadn't heard from the oxygen company by Thursday, to call him back. I called first thing Friday morning because I had not heard anything. Friday at 5pm Dr Bodrero's office called and told me they just finished calling in the oxygen and referral for me. I waited all week to get the oxygen and they didn't bother calling in any of the doctors orders until Friday at 5. I guess my health wasn't that important. Now I will wait until next Tuesday as Monday is a holiday. Who needs oxygen anyway?

He is not trustworthy and he does not know what he is doing as he kept talking at me in circles. I came in as a paying patient with test results in hand and an understanding from the office staff (after consulting with him) that he could help me with a therapy that he would provide after the one visit. However, he wanted me to come back in and pay for more visits. This office lacks integrity in following through with what they promise patients and the result is that I wasted my time and my money. Stay away.

Dr. Bodrero is very knowledgeable and thorough. His expertise in natural ways to alleviate diseases is impressive.If you do what he instructs you to do, your health improves dramatically.

I went to Dr B for over 2 years. Each time I had to wait 45 min or longer to see him. I also had to travel to another location for blood work. Due to a missed appointment (only 1), they refused to re-fill an RX. After a wait of over an hour to see him this seemed ridiculous. Recommend you keep looking. Staff is also terrible.

Dr. Bodrero has recently helped me navigate some complex treatment challenges. He felt that his staff would better navigate the bureaucratic hurdles than I, and had staff dedicate hours seeking resolution. His office staff was the most caring and attentive, I have ever encountered. It is humbling to experience such compassion and brilliance thank you Dr. Bodrero.

Had been seeing a nurse practioner at this office for a few years. This office is very eager to run tests - with the thought that "your insurance covers it". I have never seen the actual doctor at this practice - so I have no comments on him or his effectiveness as a doctor. This office certainly does NOT put the "care" in healthcare.
