Dr. Curtis and his PA Chet are great. They take the time to listen to your problem. They are always willing to help in any way. I will agree it is sometimes hard to get an appt. right away with Dr. Curtis but it is worth the wait. He takes his time with you and never rushes you. He is genuine and not phony like other Dr. I have been to. His front office receptionist is fantastic she knows everybody by name and is extremely friendly. She has also been there for many years and with the back office I can be sure they will do what is needed to get done. I would not go anywhere else. If my insurance will not cover me here I will gladly pay cash to see Dr. Curtis and his team of workers. Great place......

Dr Curtis and staff located off Brockton ave Riverside CA, are and have been the best group to seek medical assistance from ! His back office nurses Leah & Arlene are excellent and his receptionist, Carol is the best I've met!Angels, working with an amazing physician who has helped me not only in the basic flu cold and migraines , to guidance when I didn't realize I needed it . Sometimes , we think we can figure out and self medicate , but I've learned that no one is immune to addiction /escaping while using pain as my excuse. I have REAL pain, however the methods in which I was self treating were not beneficial in my recovery. I was mortified to admit I had a problem , & I never would have thought it could happen to me. I was treated like scum by Riverside Medical Clinic & left to deal with savage withdrawal. I was embarrassed to admit this to Dr Curtis, yet he made the experience easier with the right words & without a degrading undertone. Realizing we are all human , is how this Dr… treats each patient ! Compassion& care regardless their past. Thank you to all at Dr Curtis' office!

Dr Curtis is and always has been the BEST physician I've ever been treated by, and this is comparing to not just primary care, but to specialists or ER physicians as well! Only one other Dr. was equally as caring and would go above and beyond for all his patients too. The late, Dr Gregory Bales. Unfortunately he passed away, and I was not just a patient, but his employee and a Dr I trusted with everything. Dr Curtis is exactly as thorough , and his staff is amazing! Carol has been his receptionist for as long as I've known him, and she is excellent in scheduling and assisting other office's patients in locating their Dr's offices. Leah and Arlene are phenomenal medical assistants that multi-task, vitaling patients & have always returned my message phone calls after they speak with Dr Curtis. Dr Curtis is a great Dr yet also down to earth. His exam rooms are filled with photos of the children he sees, as well as his beautiful family. I have had the honor of meeting Dr Curtis' wife Doris… and she truly had a beautiful â?¤ï¸?& soul! Doctors like Dr Curtis do not exist any longer , I have yet to find anyone as great as he or Dr Bales ð???! The last few years have been by far, the hardest in my life. I have lost good insurance and Dr Curtis' staff never has turned me away, however I am currently assigned to a local medical facility that has cost me in useless treatments and has me going in circles , where Dr curtis would have already referred me to specialist if not assisted and CURED ME BY NOW!

I love Dr. Curtis and his staff. I never feel rushed and Dr. Curtis will spend as much time with me as I need. I truly feel that he cares about me and my health. All the nurses and office staff are very professional and friendly.

I can understand the wait for an appointment, as he's a very good doctor. In examining me he was very empathetic and communicative in regards to my condition, very accommodating and genuinely concerned. I am the type that does not go to the doctor unless I'm near death, or there is a serious problem, and this is the doctor for me.

Dr. Curtis has been my family physician for several years now. I recently decided to change jobs, which required an extensive medical exam and physical. Unfortunately, I'm not as young as I once was, and it was a bumpy road. I had to see Dr. Curtis several times during the process. He was always curious, professional, and willing to help. He even went a step-above and wrote a letter to my new employer, which assisted me in getting my new job. I think very highly of Dr. Curtis and would definitely reccommend him to my friends and family.

This doctor spends more time with the reps than with his patients. He even had the rep in the office with me, and then he didn't check me properly and didn't listen to my concerns. Later, x-rays showed tthat I had pneumonia, but all he did was to prescribe amoxicillin, and I was really sick for a long time. I switched doctors very quickly after I discovered that.
