Cannot fpdetermine that he is board certified in any specialty

My 72 year old grandmother came home from an office visit with Dr. Davis in tears. I've never seen her cry so much. She said the Dr and staff treated her like garbage. She was practically bullied. Having been to a previous visit and being able to speak to staff members in Spanish was reassuring for her. 2 months later (today) she was greeted with a poor attitude by the entire staff and all of a sudden no one knew how to speak Spanish. They practically tried to run her out of the office because they said they did not accept her insurance, when in fact they did. This is a major issue in the elderly community. It's is NOT ok to treat those of a certain age so cruelly. If anything, they should be treated with extra care and compassion. We do not recommend anyone seeing Dr. Davis unless you feel like being talked down to, yelled at, told "it's none of your business" when you ask questions during your visit, and treated in such a cruel and unprofessional unhumane manor simply because of your… age. My grandmother did not deserve this treatment and I would not recommend you let this Dr anywhere near your loved ones.
