Dr. Keith Edward Dellagrotta, MD, MBA

Dr. Keith DellaGrotta is a Georgetown University fellowship-trained sports medicine physician with expertise in non-operative orthopedics and musculoskeletal health. He is additionally board-certified in emergency medicine and earned his medical degree from Dartmouth College. He is skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of joint, tendon, ligament, muscle, and nerve conditions using advanced ultrasound-guided techniques, including joint and soft tissue injections, aspiration, nerve release, and orthobiologic therapies such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP). His sports medicine training and years of emergency medicine experience ensure he can provide precise, evidence-based care to patients at all stages of activity, from elite athletes to recreational individuals seeking pain relief, recovery, improved mobility, and optimal performance. With a background as both a physician and former medical director, Dr. DellaGrotta combines technical skill with a patient-centered approach that …emphasizes safety, efficiency, and results. Outside of medicine, Dr. DellaGrotta is a recreational athlete himself, with interests in CrossFit, running, and snowboarding.
