Dr. Keith Eppich, MD

I was one of Dr. Eppich's first patients at his Spring Creek and Independence office in Plano about 17 years ago. He has taken care of me with expertise and love all these years. He has spent time listening when I was not well and needed his help. He cared about me and I always knew it. I am 70 years old now and doing well because of him.

He is conscientious, thoughtful, and pays attention to what he is doing. I've been impressed, so has my wife.

Eppich's answer for everything is to run, and not investigate the symptoms. He pretends to listen, but is not listening to what the patient is saying. For three years, I had extreme edema. He treated with three years of diuretics, but missed the cause of edema, and totally overlooked classic symptoms of Acute Congestive Heart Failure. Now, I am going to die from his failure to diagnose and treat, when the CHF was still treatable. Now, I have less than one year to live if he only listened to me, and that I was physically unable to run. He failed.

I have seen Dr. Eppich for several years. He is a very up to date in his career. He spends time with me and listens. His staff is very courteous. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a good physician.

Will only look at treating symptoms, not the cause of the symptoms. After being treated with increasing diuretics of over a year, the severe swelling in feet ankles, legs and feet ends up being neuropathy from compressed nerves in the spine that could have been treated properly if properly diagnosed. Now, the neuropathy is will require surgery.

Dr. Eppich really cares and listens to me about any health issues I'm having. He's very good at giving good advice for a solution. He doesn't rush you and sees you as a person. He's an EXCELLENT doctor!

Dr. Eppich was compassionate send caring without being condescending. My wait time was nonexistent. His staff were friendly and informative. He took the time to listen and develop a plan that worked for both of us. He was accommodating and knowledgeable. I left with a great sense of relief, knowing that I had a plan in place and he will work with me every step of the way. I plan on being with him for a long time. Excellent!
