Dr. Keith Donald Forwith, MD

He was attentive to my history (as a person who had a thyroidectomy decades ago and who now is showing signs of parathyroid issues.) I also appreciate his instructional videos and dedication to making certain I understand what’s going on with my body.

He is an expert in his field. I need ongoing RFA to address my thyroid condition. I trust him to provide excellent care and he does. He is a caring Dr. and I highly recommend him. His office staff also provide excellent support.

We are so thankful to have found Dr Forwith. To get to be seen by a doctor at the top of his field who is highly knowledgeable and experienced and skilled-we left our home 3 hours before appointment time and drove through snow and ice, completely worth it. He did the ultrasound himself instead of just looking at pictures of it later, he thoroughly explained what was going on. I was afraid of the pain of having a biopsy but it was not bad at all and I’m glad I had it done by a specialist. His staff was amazing too!! Britney was caring and helpful when I was anxious about the biopsy and the other staff members were very responsive to questions and helpful in helping me get my medical records. I would gladly wait past my appointment time for Dr Forwith! Better to have excellent care and wait a little (it wasn’t a long wait) than have lesser quality care and be in and out. I have been to several doctors and I felt most comfortable with Dr. Forwith. I had thyroid cancer and did my research before being treated. I know I made the best choice, given the seriousness of my condition. I am cancer free and couldn't be more thankful!

Dr. Forwith is a caring, compassionate doctor. He thoroughly explained my thyroid problem and answered any questions that I and my husband had about the thyroid and my treatment plan. A doctor who offers to pray with you before surgery has his priorities in order in my opinion. I trust Dr. Forwith and feel confident of his competence in caring for his patients. Nicole, Dr. Forwith's nurse is awesome as well!

Misdiagnosed my condition and then lied to cover up when I made an official complaint. Lacks integrity.

I Went to Dr. For with in July after experiencing some allergy symptoms. They send me to get allergy testing. Oh by the way that is done across town. They told me what I was allergic to and scheduled me another appointment to come back so they tell me what I was allergic to again. They could order the Biels that same day as the testing. Then I waited another 3weks before getting shots . the day I went to get my first allergy shots, they were supposed to order me eppy pens. When I called my pharmacy to asking about them they stated that they never got it. I called Dr. For with office they stated that they never faxed the order over to the pharmacy. They also failed to bill my insurance company right so I owe a bill please tell me want they do right I ain't seen it

After being diagnosed with a large mass in my thyroid, I was sent to Dr. Forwith for evaluation. On the first visit I was very impressed with his compassion and expertise. After a biopsy & weeks of meds to level my thyroid hormones, I had surgery. During pre-op, he asked if he could pray with me before surgery. That was the moment I knew without a doubt I had chosen the right surgeon. I've healed tremendously well & I barely have a scar. I would recommend Dr. Forwith to anyone looking for an ENT surgeon!

I had surgery by Dr Forwith and his staff was nothing less than exceptional from the time he explained in detail my condition and the need of treatment to the treatment and after care was above and beyond the best medical care I've ever received. I highly recommend him and his facilities for your health care.
