I had the pleasure of being referred to The Endoscopy Center. Dr. Friedenberg made sure to get in me right away as I am in a more urgent situation. When I was instructed to change, my nerves were growing by the second. Then I had the ABSOLUTE PLEASURE of meeting Donna and Martha, the two nurses who were taking care of me before the procedure. They listened to me and actually cared about my anxiety and concerns, they worked with me, patiently and their compassion is something I will never forget. I have seen a lot of doctors, and Donna and Martha will always provide me with a experience and memory I will never forget, thank you so much to both of you for your kindness and support in my time of need. You both are amazing nurses and I was nothing but blessed to have you two as mine at my appointment, Above and beyond is a understatement. I don't know how I would of gotten through my fear without you two by my side! Thank you both and Dr. Friedenberg for everything!

I had a wonderful experience for the 2nd time w/ my colonoscopy with Dr Friedenberg and his staff was wonderful with me.

Dr Friedenberg, found Cancer in my colon, and immediately called Surgeon Dr Karen Grassi and my primary Md Dr Eiswerth. Between them all my cancer was removed, and I did not need Chemo or radiation!! Thank goodness Dr Friedenberg found it in time!! Love ya, Keith!!

Upon entering building there was no seating.... Arrived 30 mins before appt, to be told Dr was running 20 to 30 mins behind... Canceled appt and called tp talk to office manager.... Was given the run around by first caller who was clueless on the office. Called back as was put on hold, basically ignored. The second person finally said here is the Dr's secretary. To then to be told here is the asst office manager, to have the office manager to answer the phone.... Who said oh we wld of saw you on time.... Now I question the Drs if the staff is tnis bad. Bypass office don't waste your time.... Drs who think you shld pay them for your time wasted, shld be charged instead.....
