My wife was going to have surgery so of course I went with her to also ask questions and participate in this life altering secession. I was wearing all the proper protective gear but they told me I couldn’t participate because of corona protocols. I guess two people with masks in talking to doctor is a substantial risk more than risks involved in the surgery. I went back to the car and waited a good while. I am in my 60’s and have a frequent urination problem and had to go to the bathroom. I went back inside still with all proper protective gear on and explained I had to go to the building. They said I couldn’t. They said I could drive down the street to Bojangles. How this would keep someone from getting someone infected there as opposed to the doctor I have no idea. I would expect doctors to know it’s science and if the protocols are followed there is little to no risk. Also that if they thought there was some risk sending it to Bojangles wouldn’t help the number of infected.… Couldn’t make it to Bojangles before I went in my pants. So in the end the staff just does not have common sense.

Dr. Gersin has been amazing. Since the beginning. He made me feel at ease, answered all my silly questions. Appointments very easy to schedule. Def recommend Dr. Gersin.

So far I have only experienced great treatment.

Dr. Gersin did my RNY gastric bypass in 2005. He looked at me when he was done and said "I did a great job on you". He was so right. I reached my goal weight of 127 lost in 6 months. My high blood pressure and pre-diabetes was gone in 6 weeks. This man is a genius. I thank God for him and his amazing surgical skills.
