Dr Gross always provide the best care and service to his patients. he listens wells and always has the best interest of his patients as his top priority

He staffs his office with physicians assistences He is in California not in Nevada

On two visits I entered the waiting room with only a few places to sit and Dr. Gross was the only one seeing patients. After a 70 minute I finally saw the doctor for a total of two minutes. He was rushing to see as many patients as possible. So little time to really check my condition. Asking the patient "are there any other spots that need to be looked at" is not a very good examination.

Dr is cold and impersonal. Staff is downright rude. What a shame that this is the only dermatologist in Elko (I feel badly for the people living in Elko).

Office staff incredibly rude and unprofessional. Each time I called for an appointment, I felt as if I was inconveniencing them. Not friendly at all/downright rude, hanging up on me a few times without so much as a "goodbye". P.A. not much better, lacking bedside manner. We have since moved to another doctor in another town, as this is the only dermatologist in Elko, unfortunately. I will tell friends and family to avoid this office if they can!

I have gone to Dr. Grosz, as has my husband and my daughter starting in the late 1990's. He did an outstanding job with her teenage acne, clearing it up within a few months of a facial wash and cream that required a precscription, he has diagnosed my skin cancer and referred me to a specialist in Elko , Dr. Kiene who did the MOHS procedure. When I asked Dr. Kiene if I should then see him for general checks he said Dr. Gross was great at diagnostics and I should stick with him. I also had my husband see him. Dr. G has removed several basal cell carcinomas from his face as well. We are pleased with his competency. He is not super friendly and chit chatty....but I don't need that ...I need accuracy and results. He is professional and pleasant which is all I want.

honestly, he was terrible like his name. spend less than 1 min. in the room. No welcoming, nothing. directly what is the problem question. dictating his nurse the prescription and leaving the room. If i had any patience and kindess of him, i was going to tell him that those pills he described did not work on me. I hope he will read this, so i want to tell him that one day, when he go to bank, or law office, etc.. he will get the same treatment he gives. That will be a enough.

Great Experience- I had been to several other doctors who could not figure out my skin problem. Dr. Gross was able to diagnose and treat my condition effortlessly. I wish I had gone there sooner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gross for many years and bring my children and elderly mother to his office for all of our skin problems. I have nothing but the best to say about Dr. Gross and his office. Would recommend to all of my friends.
