Dr. Keith Hanna Harmon, MD

He was rough with my 8 day old, rude, and was so pushy about us getting vaccinated (the parents). When we declined he showed us studies and pushed. Then he said our son could get hep b from contact with our other children. I don't know if he's that misinformed or hoped I was but all he cares about are pushing extras.

He's a bit moody and blames his nurses for things that go wrong in the office. Not too impressive.

I have been taking my children to Dr. Harmon for a few years. I had some things happen in my personal life and I missed ONE appointment. I asked them to please be compassionate and waive the $25.00 fee this one time since I've never missed an appointment before and told them it would NEVER happen again. They said NO. We never complained about the long wait times and they couldn't make a one time exception. They didn't care to hear my reason, they really just DON'T care.

I COMPLETELY agree with Catherine's review - I am not sure why this Dr is a pediatrician. He's is extremely dry, seems very disinterested in kids, mumbles when he speaks, and completely chastised his nursing staff in front of us, which was embarrassing!! Our son has had several ear infections and he just continues to tell us to use a humidifier, elevate his head (yeah, ok - easy to do with a 10 month old!) and gives him the same antibiotics every time. It's obvious the antibiotics are not working, and he's seen my son a dozen times for ear infection - one would think it might be time to look at alternative treatments. As an infant, my sons foreskin had adhered to itself - so the Dr simply pulled it away/down...and charged us $100 for having to do so!!!! Really!!!! I do NOT recommend this office at all.

I can not wait to file suit against Dr. Harmon. My son has been to his office twice. I did not like Dr. Harmon at all. His tone is extremely dry and he is just in general an awkward person. He has no personality and show extreme disinterest in my son and his medical concerns. His refusal to sign FMLA paperwork was my last straw. He downplayed the condition and basically told me it wasn't as important as other illness. He's extremely rude, arrogant and shows no interest in children. I have no idea why he is a pediatrician.

I was really surprised to see any bad reviews. I have three children from 5 to 19 and we have been seeing Dr. Harmon for 17 years. The staff is kind and very knowledgeable and Dr. Harmon is wonderful. They have weekend hours for emergency cases and always make time to see your kids. I can't say enough good things about this staff an doctor. I hate other people have had experience but I can't imagine going any where else.

Awful place to go for your children. One nurse, was just down right horrible. I've never experienced such rough treatment, its hard to believe that the practice actually exists. The Dr is indifferent, and has no interpersonal skills. I am amazed that he has patients coming. Not worth your time or money.

Doctor and nurse were very rude, unprofessional, cold to my child. Nurse was mean when she brought in the machine with no explaination or no instruction of function/operation, very uncare and disinterested left us clueless on what to do next. Dr was unconcerned and rough with my 9 months old when checking ears & mouth for infection. He told us one way and did it other way. Horrible manners! I will never go back and WOULD NOT recommend anyone to go there.
