I'm a disabled person for 15 years, been treated by pain clinics in OH, WV, and CA, never had an issue, see this clinic and they take me off the oxycodone I had been on for years and told me I need to be on Sebox, I'm allergic to it, it swells me up and I lose a toenail. Do not trust these people, you will be sorry you even spoke to them. They never talked to the pain clinic before. Treat everyone like they are a drug addict, which I am not.

I saw Dr. Javery for roughly four years. When I first met him, he carefully explained my documented genetic disorder to me, clearly referencing it in my medical records with his own notes. He seemed very helpful initially. Flash forward several years later. I requested to see him again since I only saw PAs in the meantime, and at this point, he wrote in my permanent file he doesn't think I have the genetic disorder that's already been verified by three separate geneticists from three separate institutions! When I got a copy of Javery's appointment notes, I was outraged and immediately write a letter to him requesting he correct his very false, improper and damaging notes. Imagine my reaction when I found out through his front staff he THREW MY LETTER AWAY. That's illegal because patients have the hard-won right to add their own letters to their permanent file if they find errors. When I discovered Javery's highly unethical and improper behavior, I immediately sent him… another copy of my letter to his office, along with copies of my three geneticists' reports clearly proving I have the serious and highly disabling genetic disorder even Javery admitted and mentioned in his notes when I first saw him. This second letter was sent by certified mail so I have legal proof it was submitted to him should he ever dare to discard it again. I quit being his patient immediately after this horrifying incident. I bring this shocking and disappointing fact to light because if you're pursuing SSD, the accuracy of your medical notes/records can either make or break your case. To think any doctor would callously disregard the truth in such in manner is highly disturbing. Don't let it happen to you. Demand copies of your full medical notes and review them carefully to make sure things are truthfully recorded and correct. If you find an error, CHALLENGE IT in writing by sending certified copies through the mail. Follow through by demanding proof they've put your challenge into your permanent medical file. Contact the State of Michigan's Department of Licensing and Regulation if you must. REFUSE TO PERMIT ANY DOCTOR FROM DAMAGING YOUR RECORDS WITH INACCURACIES OR OUTRIGHT FALSEHOODS!

I have been seeing Dr Javery for about 6 years and the experience has been great. My back injections work great and his office staff are also friendly and keep you informed. I cannot see myself going anywhere else for pain management. Hats off to a great doctor and staff
