Janice Thornhill is always professional and very pleasant to be with. We all love her. My therapy dog, Parker loves her too!

Dr. Kirby is rude. Does not listen to anything you have to say. Asked me a couple of questions and interrupted me each time. Seemed very agitated, hurried and coughed and cleared his throat constantly. His nurse interrupted my apt. Two times to sign RX’s. He was rude to her. Through a pen at her and he was not joking. He also referred to me a sweetie two times. Very unprofessional and only wants to write RX’s not get to the root cause of pain,

I have been coming to Savannah Pain Management for 5 years now and every time I come to see Dr. Kirby he has made me feel very comfortable. When I'm down and not in a good mood, Dr. Kirby comes in with a smile and his great energy. That attitude turns my mood from down to up! Dr. Kirby has helped me be able to again start to get to enjoy things and activities that I was otherwise in too much pain to. He also figured out I had Fibromyalgia where 2 doctors and 3 specialists had failed and misdiagnosed me which finally explains the fog my mind had been in and allowing me to have mental health and recruit me for it as well as it explains all the overall pain as well as sent me to be tested with EMG that showed severe carpul tunnel that again no one slse caught. Thank you Sir for doing what the others failed to do and actually help!
