Summary
For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in how people compensate for their weaknesses. I am fascinated with our ability to learn and to grow from our present circumstances and succeed when statistically we should be "slowed down." I have had the opportunity to help people realize this potential, or have observed their potential in action. This has led to a continual motivation to not only understand myself more, but also a passion for helping others pursue their values despite what life may throw their way.
With that in mind, I look forward to helping with difficulties that one might be facing as they journey through life. This can include, but is not limited to, adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, neurodevelopmental disorders (including ADHD, learning disabilities), test anxiety, clarifying purpose and understanding life goals, etc...
A little bit about me. First of all, I love doing life with my amazing wife. Additionally, I enjoy doing the …"typical" Colorado things of hiking, mountain biking, and recently picked up an old road bike. Research was a chore during school for me, but I have found that I enjoy discovering more about various topics and continuing my learning. Lastly, I enjoy "suffering" through the joys of watching my favorite sports teams.
