His staff is extremely unprofessional. They have no respect for patients and talk to grown adults like kids. The Doctor obviously doesn't care if his staff is rude because I have mentioned it many times and there are so many reviews on the internet for him to see that everyone agrees.

Just going off on a limb and picking a preferred doctor within network, I blindly picked Dr. Lerner. My first impression of the office environment was informative and direct with "office rules". Long story short, the young lady representing the front office had an atrocious attitude. She talked to me like I was in kindergarten. I never got a chance to meet the doctor. If the office staff relinquished negative energy, I can imagine the doctor. I have a PPO; therefore, I can go anywhere....

The staff members are wonderful. The waiting period was extremely long and I was disappointment with my exam. I will not be returning.

I don't care for Dr. Lerner. I find him a little condescending when speaking to his staff. The staff members are wonderful. They are very efficient and follow thru' with my care. I would love to change doctors but I know from experience I won't get the same attention/care the girls give my wife and I.
