Dr. Keith K Ly

I thought the world of Dr. Ly for all the 14 years he took care of me. Helped me through the dying of my husband and getting myself back on track afterward. I did not have to wait for weeks to be able to see him and if it was an emergency he fit me in. I could talk to him about most anything, my concerns and I could ask questions and he gave me an answer. The why of something and why he was treating it thus and so. I was confident in his care. It has upset me terribly his leaving and not knowing what happened. What happens to my records and where do I find another doctor that took as good care of me as he did. He is also a very good surgeon and did a beautiful job of the stitches. When I was healed you could hardly find them. So, my feelings are that he is a really loss to the Medical field. I hope he is back in the practice and soon.

I switched from another physician and Dr. Ly quickly got to the root of my problem and I've been very pleased with him. His staff is friendly and there usually isn't much of a wait, although there has been a time or two where I felt it was taking a bit too long, but that's probably true of any doctor's office.

Doctor spoke so fast I could hardly understand him and had to ask him to repeat things multiple times. Staff did not submit blood test paperwork to insurance company which caused frustration and late payment. Staff was very short with me on the phone when calling asking about my bill. I will not be visiting his office again.

He kept wanting me to come back for unnecessary follow ups and testing. Another Dr. saw no need for follow up visits.

I have been going to Dr Ly for several yrs, he is a great Dr, takes care of any problems I my have, I have back problems and I am Diabetic, when I was diagnosed with it Dr Ly aggressively started treating it, a very good Dr, answers all my qurstions.

THE DOC NEEDS TO HIT THE FREE WEIGHTS IN THE GYM PUT SOME MUSCLE INTO THAT BACK SNAP. IF YOU GOT SKIN PROBLEMS HES YOUR MAN GOOD LUCK

I've been a patient of Dr Ly's for several years now. He's treated me for everything from cronic pain to blood work and removal of lumps and bumps ( on my face too )A very accurate and caring doctor. I always have his undivided attention during my appts with considerable follow up to all my problems.I highly recomend you try Doc Ly for all your family medical needs. Loooong hours and Saturday too !!I have cronic pain....he'll fit me in fast any time without an appt !!!! Pain relief in 20 minutes !!!! Top that !!!

I am not sure about this guy, He was not empathetic at all, don't get me wrong, I appreciate a "no nonsense" type of person, but to a limit. his staff treated me with more kindness & seemed to care, unlike DR. Ly. He did not spend a lot of time with me, In & out. I'm not sure If he was rude because He had a personal problem with me or If that's just how he is, either way, he made me feel uncomfortable & I left very upset, I do however think he might know what he is doing, though he is lacking in medical experience (only 10 years) but what do I know.

I see Dr Lee every couple of months for blood tests and such. He watches carefully to see that my medication is in tune with my needs. I feel he cares about my health and he inspires me to lead a healthy lifestyle. His staff is always courteous and helpful. I have been his patient for about 10 years and with his attention to details, hopefully, many more.

excellent doctor with great personality
