Dr. Keith Scharf, MD

Dr. Scharf was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Staff seemed extremely efficient!

My first appointment with Dr. Scharf was less then I expected. The staff is not friendly and I left with no answers as to why and what to do with my vertigo and ear noises. Got nose spray and doc said to call him if I get another vertigo episode.

I was referred to Dr. Scharf. Check in was quick and efficient. I was seen promptly and on time. Dr. Scharf was great, spent a lot of time listening to me and addressing my concerns. We moved to the procedure room. He scoped my throat. He was quick and efficient. He spent additional time with me after the scope and discussed the results and recommended treatment course. I was very happy with Dr. Scharf.

He treated my mom horribly 2 times in a row and rushed her out. She has swollen lumpnods and he gave no concern. Seeking a second opinion.

I'm shocked at the bad reviews here of the doctor himself. Not at all shocked at the bad reviews of the staff--they are terrible. So, so rude. Had a run-in with the lady that does allergy testing, but Dr. Scharf went out of his way to make everything ok. He is very kind, very thorough. I get in-depth explanations at every visits. He stresses how he is outcome-oriented; will not do a procedure if he thinks it will not benefit the patient. Sad that others had a bad experience; when I left that office I felt like, "THIS is how a doctors visit should go."

I would never ever go back, they don't care about their patients ,the nurses there are very mean you say something to them that they don't like on the phone they will hang up on you doctor left a hole in my nose from a stitching and now he won't fix it, turns out always have a whistle now when I breathe, very bad experiences. Never been so disappointed in a doctor's office

Never had issues with Dr. Scharf really. Had to reschedule 3 appointments all together in the past few years because of work. Was told I could no longer be a patient because if that. Just rude if you ask me. I didn't do a no show. I will not recommend him to anyone I know

Like Dr. Scharf a lot. Don't be late on appointments though or they will charge you $50.00 and not let you keep the appointment. I guess the times I had to wait 30 min or more to see the doc I should have charged them! Won't be back because of it.
