Dr. Keith M. Seaforth has been meeting the general dentistry needs of the community for over 25 years, having opened his office in Kinston in 1981.
He holds a B.S. (Chemistry), M.Sc. (Engineering), and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University, in Washington. D.C. After successfully finishing dental school, he completed one-year post doctoral general dentistry residency at the District of Columbia General Hospital. Since graduation, he has fulfilled over 1,200 hours in continuing education credits and courses in all areas of dentistry.
Dr. Seaforth is married to Barbara and they are the proud parents of four children, all of whom are graduates of his alma mater, Howard University in Washington, D.C.
Over the years, he has held memberships in several professional organizations, and …continues to be. an active member in the National Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is very proud to have served as President of the Howard University College of Dentistry Alumni Association for 10 years. Dr. Seaforth strongly values civic responsibility and has served on the Kinston City Schools Board of Education, the Board of Directors of the United Way, the Chamber of Commerce, and Big Brother/Big Sister of America organizations, among many others.
He continues to give invaluable service as a member of the Lenoir County Board of Education and truly believes that public education is a collective responsibility and that parental support and involvement in education is an absolute necessity for the success of our children.
By staying abreast with current trends in dentistry, Dr. Seaforth is committed to serving his dental family and his community.
