Dr. Keith Westley Shillito, MD

Over the last month, my appointment has been cancelled the morning of......THREE times. This is unacceptable. How is he still practicing with this poor level of patient care.

I have been a client of the Good Doctor ever since he assumed the practice. He spends ample time with his patients and I have never had a problem with reception staff or anyone. Major problems with schedule of patients are winter visitors who demand to be seen immediately having not been here before. A caring physician, a great staff.

I wouldn't know how Dr Shillito is as a doctor, but his office staff is terrible! Specifically the reception department. They have been very rude and unprofessional. My appointment was cancelled by them twice with the attitude like they don't give a crap and could care less if you are ever seen. Not to mention, it can take weeks before they will even put you on the schedule if you're a new patient. If you have chronic illnesses like I do, DON'T GO HERE. You'll die before you can get in!
