Dr. Keith Wade Spears, MD

I saw Dr. Spears for some aching I was having in my bones. I saw 2 other doctors and they kept saying I had fibromyalgia. I tried the medicines and even went to pool therapy. Nothing helped. I went to him and it turned out that I had multiple myeloma. I have a good prognosis and he even recommended a great oncologist who is so caring. He saved my life. I knew I had a good doctor when he told me that I knew my body better than anyone else which prompted the more intense workup.

Very kind and caring. Best doctor that me and my son have had. He has the personality perfect for his profession.

I followed Dr. Spears to his new clinic in White Bear Lake. I liked the Arden Hills clinic more but I didn't want to lose him. I heard he was the director of the clinic but I didn't find it harder than before to get an appointment with him.

I have to agree with the other reviews. He is so friendly and nice. I immediately felt comfortable with him after my internest left. He gets behind sometimes but when it is my turn, I never feel rushed. He has gotten my diabetes under control and saved my husband's life when he had a life threatening blood clot. The only clue was a strange xray. The ER at Regions said it was unusual to catch this on just a plain xray. He was seen in urgent care but when he wasn't getting better, Dr. Spears figured it wasn't pneumonia as the urgent care people said.

Have been looking for many years for a doctor who will "listen" and seems to truely care. Also willing to take the time to dig deep and run test that other doctors just brushed off. Dr. Spears is an AWESOME Dr. and now my primary Dr. Would recommend him to anyone.....

If you want a doctor who really wants to know about you and your family, go to him! He was the only doctor who accurately diagnosed me after visiting 4 or 5 other doctors.

I've finally found a doctor who listens and cares. He's very sweet and warm. My entire family will be seeing him, soon.
