very caring and knowledgeable physician

We saw Dr. Goldstein with my mother-in-law for nearly 5 years. Over that time, Dr. Goldstein and his staff were informational, supportive, understanding and compationate. They treated all of us with dignity and respect. Dr. Goldstein always spent time with us, answered all questions and explained all procedures in a way we could understand what was happening to our loved one and gave us the tools to make the remainder of her life as normal as possible. We would recommend Dr. Goldstein and his staff wholeheartedly.

Excellent doctor

Dr. Stockerl-Goldstein demonstrated horrible bedside manner; he stood above my niece and brother to tell my 27 year old niece (mother of one), "you need to go back home, and call hospice. The current treatment costs $150,000 per treatment, that's just too expensive". It was a demonstrative way of telling my dear niece that she is dying, and her life is just not valuable enough. She's spent every day since, locked in her room, depressed and fearful. I do NOT recommend him to anyone.

Does not listen. Dismisses everything I say.
