Dr. Tam is licensed by the California and Massachusetts Dental Boards, holds an Oral Conscious Sedation Permit for Minors, and is currently obtaining hospital credentials at Marian Medical Center. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, as well as the California Dental Association. He is also Board-eligible by the American Board Pediatric Dentistry.
