The staff was rude and unprofessional. They did not spend the proper time with me explaining my diagnosis. They were extremely curt.

The office staff is very unprofessional. The only person I felt went above and beyond at the office is no longer there. The office manager can't return a phone EVER. She is terrible. She is incredibly rude. I don't believe she is ever in the office seeings how 9 times out of 10 the staff is telling me she stepped out for the day and offering to transfer me to her voicemail? HOW DO YOU RUN AN OFFICE IN THIS MANNER? the doctor is terribly rude. I would NEVER recomment this Doctor to anyone!

This doctor showed a extreme lack of concern to problems and questions that I had pertinate to me. There was no follow up at all. When I did ask questions, I received flippant answers. I could never reach the office for the phone tree lead to several departments and no one could help me. To top it all off....Fridays closed at 11 and the doctor was ON VACATION every time I needed to be seen at other times. His unavailability and lack of care demonstrated a poor choice for doctors.
