Dr. Watson treated me successfully for a frozen shoulder. I remember his caring, patient response. He spent ample time at each appointment. He directed my follow up physical therapy which proved to be successful. I will always be grateful for his knowledge and ability to get me back to good health. Many thanks to Dr. Watson!

Got in and out. They were very prompt and efficient. Told me what had to be done and let me decide when the best time to do it was. I was very impressed and i have been to several orthapedics doctors.

It took 4 calls to get an appointment for a second opinion. They did not tell me that I could download the paperwork from the internet. I arrived 30 minutes early as directed. They could not find the records that had been faxed from either my PCP or the first orthopedic surgeon. The admissions clerk entered the wrong insurance in my record. I saw the doctor 145 minutes after I arrived. The substitute nurse (both of his were ill) tried to keep the doctor on time. Aside from the sub and Julia, who took the correct co-pay, the office staff is untrained and inefficient.

Dr. Watson, or his Physician Assistant have always been punctual with me for the three years I've been seeing them for a worn out shoulder. I have been impressed with the amount of time they each spend with me during my visits to determine the change in my level of pain and to explain whatever questions I have. Not once have they pressured me to have replacement surgery, but have been supportive in my assessment of the amount of pain I experience. They tell me I will know when it's time.

Everything went exactly as indicated.

Spent 1.25 hours in the waiting room prior to leaving.
