I had a televisit scheduled for 2:40. They took my copay prior to the appointment and 30 minutes past time, I called to see what was going on. They told me to wait and that if I wanted to reschedule because I have a job and needed this time specifically that I would have to pay an $80 late cancelation fee, even though I showed up. I decided to keep the appointment instead of wasting money for their inconvenience. An hour past my appointment, I called back and they were absolutely unprofessional and made up excuses for the fact that he FORGOT ABOUT ME. I demanded a refund since I showed up and the provider never did and they REFUSED. I tried speaking with the office manager to dispute this and explain this is 100% their fault and she hung up on me. Them withholding that money for a service I NEVER received is unlawful. DON'T GO HERE I disputed the charge with my bank and they refunded me NO QUESTIONS!
