0 bed side manners! Very Rude! No one wants that when they’re sick! I would NOT recommend him!

The bad reviews given for Dr Kelby Faulkiner must be from people looking for opioids and Dr Faulkiner wouldn’t provide. In the last three nights Dr Faulkiner treated my pregnant granddaughter for a fall, my daughter for an injured elbow, and myself for a pulled muscle. With the three of us he was very thorough, caring and knowledgeable. We each received excellent care.

Dr. Faulkiner is a perfect example of why people have a negative attitude toward Greenbrier Valley Medical Center. His bedside manner is completely unacceptable, especially when asked informed questions; he gets very rude and defensive. It would be my recommendation to avoid this physician at all cost.

Waited over 2 hours to be seen after being placed in a bed In ER. When I told nurse I was displeased and would like to see a Dr. to be evaluated within 2 minutes the Dr. came in yelling with and slammed his charts down then proceeded to harass me for complaining. He was very inconsiderate, and threatening. Not at all a professional and then the service he provided was poor.

He is a knowledgable, compassionate doctor. He takes time with you. He actually sat down with me and my family to discuss my diagnosis and plan for treatment. These attributes are hard to find these days, especially in a busy ER. Very happy with my care.

This guy cares about no one. He does not have a friendly attitude with any patient in the ER and thinks all one wants is drugs. His overall attitude is below POOR.
