Kaleigh Renz took the time to ask how I was feeling and what I needed from her. She listened carefully and asked a lot of questions. She answered my questions and gave me good feedback. She explained my options and gave me things to try. I felt helped and listened to and cared for. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I absolutely could not be more happy and satisfied with the care I received from Keleigh Reno ! She first asked me my concerns and thoroughly addressed each one , never making me feel like we needed to rush. She allowed me all the time I needed . I was so impressed with how knowledgeable she was in all the areas we discussed and she always made sure I was understanding, never talking over my head. She always included me in decisions of care and medications and future plans . I was very comfortable with her and am very thankful that I was scheduled with her . I will highly recommend her !

VERY CARING PERSON!!!!!

I described several very debilitating and frightening symptoms that I struggle with on a daily basis, and she said "I don't know about that," did not write them in my patient summary of what we discussed, and offered no help of explanation. I asked if she could refer me to a specialist who could help me, and she said "I don't know what to tell you, your labs will just be normal wherever you go." She acted like helping me get a diagnosis for something she said I probably have was beneath her, and suggested all my problems could be solved by eating fruits and vegetables like I don't all the time already. I left feeling like I was being told it was my fault that my chronic illnesses disable me.
