Dr. Kelli Jean Christensen

Update on Kelli Christensen 8 years later: After a grossly negligent work (two crowns which were too high and utterly misfitted)—an escalation of health problems, from a severe misalignment of my bite, bruised jaw, displaced teeth, TMJ problems, an inflammation of my facial nerve, two root canals, now one tooth needs to go, immeasurable pain, thousands of dollars, and countless time spent on doctors. There is no proper level of accountability on earth for so much damage so I have to leave it to the divine forces.

Beware of Kelli Christensen. Not only did she force upon me a crown that was not immediately necessary, but she messed it up so bad and made the crown so high that I was in DEBILITATING PAIN for months. My jaw alignment got completely messed up, causing severe pain in the jaw and severe bruising of my entire side, as I was inevitably hitting the crown when chewing. What is worse, when I returned to her several times to have it readjusted, she kept claiming that the crown is fine, and would refuse to adjust it more than a negligible amount, making me come back to her over and over again--and keeping me in terrible pain. After she sent me to a root canal specialist--who thought the root was perfectly fine and did what should be her job of adjusting the crown (which alleviated the majority of the symptoms)--it became clear to me that Kelli Christensen simply did NOT want to believe me that the crown still felt high. Now I'm with residual pain and have to look for a TMJ specialist--all… thanks to Kelly Christensen! It makes her a dentist of the worst kind: an overly confident one who is unable or unwilling to listen to her clients, to acknowledge their experiences and trust them. Avoid her by all means.
