Dr. Kelli Barber Crowley, MD

Horrible. I was High Risk pregnancy the whole time and she DID NOT KNOW. No bed side manner the whole time. I was struggling with PPD after having my first baby and her solution was to send me to the physic ward to be evaluated for inpatient care. My friend was with me who was actually her current patient at the time, and she looked at her and said, "who are you". Her patients are nothing but a number to her practice at this point in her career. It is disturbing to know she does not care to put her patient through more trauma instead of helping. All she did was try to get me out of her office for my postpartum depression by giving me a therapist number, prescribing me anxiety medication, and try sending me to the physic unit. She also sent me to get induced at 38 weeks in the morning to delivery floor and had me sit in the hospital all day and not start my induction until 8:00pm at night with very high blood pressure. She did not deliver my baby THANKGOD, I had an amazing OB Dr.… Hussey!! She checked on me ONCE after I had my baby that morning and did not care to see my new baby I said, "do you want to see my baby??" Then she did. Wish she never got to see my daughter first before any family or friends. Never will step foot in her office again. She does not deserve to practice with fragile women during pregnancy.

Dr. Crowley is an amazing woman and Dr. She is compassionate, empathetic, devoted and genuinely cares. I have 5 children, she delivered my last three. I wish I knew about her the first two times. I will never switch Dr.s and will go out of my way to wait for a crazy amount of time to get an appointment with her. If I could recommend her by writing her name in the sky I would. There are not many Dr.s that do their job with the level of care she does. You won't be disappointed with her! And yes the wait time in office is crazy long sometimes but babies aren't born on schedules! And inconsiderate patients show up late and then take their time while wasting my time. If you're sitting too long, approach the desk and ask if she is behind or had to leave or a delivery. Sometimes it happens and the receptionist forgets to tell us. We are all human, maybe more people should show more.compassion.

I have been going to Dr. Crowley at Medical Specialists for over 10 years!!! Now that I am ready to start having children it is a more serious issue for me to find a doctor I love. I have been going here for years and got a new prescription. I didn't like it at all so I called 1 month later asking for her to call in a new prescription. She would NOT call me but did have the nurse call me as she stood right next to her and I could hear her telling her what to say. I was confused as to why she couldnt just speak with me herself at that point. Not only that, but she refused to call me in a new RX unless I made another appointment that she would be paid for! I don't even have insurance so finally after arguing for a couple of days she called me in a prescription that was $850 for 30 pills!!!! I spoke with the sweet ladies at the pharmacy and they tried calling Dr. Crowley 5 times and left 3 messages to please call them back as they had an effective and affordable medicine for me to take… and she never called them back. The office staff i NOT nice, you wait forever for the doctor...I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. EVER.

I was incorrectly diagnosed 2 times. The second time I was told to take some medicine for a urinary tract infection, but that symptoms wouldn't go away immediately because it takes time with the medicine. The nurse pulled me aside and told me to go to the hospital if my pain got worse. I ended up in the hospital with a kidney infection for 3 days. After my stay, I received a phone call from Dr. Crowley stating that my urinalysis said I had no infection. I told her that I did have an infection and was admitted into the hospital immediately because of it. She had no response except "at least you're ok now". I have never had such lack of concern or care. That nurse was my guardian angel and I am so thankful she told me to go to the hospital if it got worse, or I might have ignored such a serious situation based on the doctor telling me that there would still be pain because the medicine wouldn't work.

Dr. Crowley is amazing. I have had three children, Dr. Crowley did my care with all of them and I would refer her to everyone. She takes her time, explains everything that is going on and never rushes through the appointment. She listens to my questions and concerns and will take as much time with me as I need. Dr. Crowley truely cares about her patients and takes exellent care of them.

Dr. Crowley is very thorough and she has a wonderful bedside manner. She spent a good deal of time with me getting to know my medical history and taking lots of notes. She ordered tests for me that I intuitively knew I needed, but my former doctor never mentioned them to me. This really impressed me that she didn't brush off my concerns and symptoms.
