Dr. Kelli K Desanctis, DO

Dr. Kelli is straight up the best doctor myself and my child have EVER had. I have felt very uncared for with previous doctors but it's like night and day since coming to her. She ACTUALLY listens to you, takes the time to research things if it's something out of the ordinary, and in general I just feel like I've developed a rapport where I trust her, and very importantly, I can trust that my meds will be filled on time, I will be seen asap, their office has accommodated my needs time in and out, and done so with a genuine smile. For as long as I will be in Erie, I will be a patient of Dr. DeSanctis'. Very down to earth and genuine human being and the love for her work shines through. 10 out of 10 EVERY TIME. One last note, she knows how to differentiate between mental illness and physical illness. I have NEVER been made to feel with her like "it's all in my head" like previous doctors. TY TY TY for ALL that you do Dr. Kelli!!!! AND your supporting staff! :D

I’ve seen dr. Kelli desanctis for for years now. And she’s the best. Friendly, always smiling, very thorough with what needs done bloodwork tests etc. listens to everything I have to say very knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for a better dr.

I came to Dr. Desanctis in 2017, at 29 years old. The only prior experience I have had with any PCP was at Eastside Family Medicine, and I stopped seeing my doctor there when I was 18 years old because he just wouldn't listen to me, or believe my symptoms. I was too young at the time to understand what was going on with me, so I ignored it. In 2017, I was unknowingly fighting anxiety and depression, among other things. Dr. Desanctis was highly recommended from a few coworkers, so I made my appointment. Within 2 months my anxiety and depression was bearable. Within 5 months I was properly diagnosed with a rare esophagus disorder, that I had been dealing with wince I was 18 years old. Within 6 months I had surgery to hep with my disorder. She LISTENS and is understanding, friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better PCP.

Dr. Wienecke took the time to ask me questions and spend time with me to find out what was going on. She has a very nice bedside manner and I felt like she really cared about what my issues were.
