In every visit with doctor Favata I have witnessed a doctor who is really enjoying what she does. I love that she is caring and gentle and has invested her time in helping ME. Finally a doctor who does understand that varicose veins DO cause some people pain. Finally a doctor who is super genuine with her specialty.

Dr. Favata is the first doctor to get to the bottom of my problems after interpreting my ultrasound. She did E.V.L.T., where a laser closes the dilated veins. With light sedation and lidocaine, it was painless. I also had sclerotherapy injections to collapse the veins, and that was also comfortable. She prescribed a pneumatic compression pump that I use at home to pump the fluids from my feet and lower legs to my heart. My ankles are smaller than they’ve ever been! I have seen many doctors in the past 2 1/2 years and my foot & ankle doctor referred me to a vascular surgeon, who referred me to Dr. Favata. Nobody prior to Dr. Favata diagnosed lymphadema, lipedema, or venous insufficiency. She diagnosed and is treating all of them. The Doctor is personable and knowledgeable and her competent staff speaks very highly of her. I am so grateful to have found her. I highly recommend Dr. Favata for anyone with vein issues.

Im a 41 y/o active mom of 3 and have been to 2 other local vein specialist. HANDS DOWN, i felt most comfortable with Dr. Favata. She is warm and kind and made me feel so comfortable despite my shyness about showing my legs. The other 2 were men and seemed to busy to care and never even took the time to explain in depth like Dr. Favata did. Thank goodness i kept looking because i know God sent me to her for a reason. I start teatment next month!

I was referred to Dr. Favata by my cardiologist, i also have been seen by 2 other wound care specialist and treated at 2 other wound care centers. Dr. Favata is THE VERY FIRST DOCTOR IN 2 YEARS TO HELP PROPERLY CLOSE MY CHRONIC WOUNDS AND GIVE ME HOPE AGAIN. I never had a doctor take so much time to explain everything about my condition to me and what was needing to be treated. I had a great experience with Dr. Favata. She is knowledgeable and caring. Everyone at the office was professional and nice. I was happy with the result of my treatment, after many years I stop having painful legs.

I have worked in conjunction with Dr. Favata the past two years as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner and I personally refer family and friends to her. She is compassionate, personable, professional, and thorough. She takes pride in patient care as if they were her own family. She conveniently provides in-office diagnostic testing as well. Dr. Favata provides conservative care and extensive patient education. When patient's require more than conservative therapy, she offers in-office procedures to maximize patient's comfort and overall health. We have worked on severe peripheral vascular disease patient's together on multiple occasions. I was honored to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to the patients in our cardio-vascular suite. In patients with PVD and lymphedema, I would evaluate the patient's heart function to ensure they could safely tolerate lymphatic therapy. I also learned Dr Favata, will only use venous ablation therapy on appropriate veins which are severely damaged and… could not be used in future scenarios if the patient ever required open heart bypass surgery. This attention to detail in a vascular specialist is rare! She is a truly magnificent physician and her passion radiates throughout her office!

Dr.Favata is a good physician. She performed each step of the procedures with confidence and skill along with her assistants putting me at ease. I felt as if I would be better after seeing her. Indeed I have felt better. Even the appearance of my legs have improved. With gratitude, I thank her for serving the financially disadvantaged, of which I am one. Yes, I have been telling others about her services.

Dr. Favata was not only professional but she was incredibly nurturing and warm! I am a big baby when it comes to needles and she was so unbelievably understanding and never made me feel like I was being ridiculous (when I may have been). I felt so comfortable with her and her staff! Such beautiful smiling faces and caring hearts!! Thank you Dr. Favata!
