Dr. Kelli Marie Keller, MD

DR. KELLER NEVER returned a call over many weeks of trying to work with her office on behalf of my mother (I am my mother's POA). She made my handicapped mother jump through hoops for the simplest of matters. SO GLAD SHE IS GONE FROM WEST LIBERTY - WORTHLESS!

I feel like I am always being rushed when I go into her office. She clearly has a very limited amount of time for each patient, and I felt like a burden for having a few questions for her related to my treatment and diagnosis. She did answer each question very thoroughly, however, I still feel like I was being rushed. I am seeing her in outpatient therapy, but she will continue to be my psychiatrist outside of outpatient. Hopefully things get better.

Dr. Keller is one of the best psychiatrists I had! You don't know you've got a good thing until life changes and you end up with someone who is below par. Dr. Keller shows compassion, asks the right questions, cares about your well-being and if you are in a crisis, she takes that seriously and will schedule more time with you. I trust her knowledge of psych meds as she is one of the few who got my combination just right. She is an amazing psychiatrist!
