Hello! I am a LPCC-S, licensed in the state of Ohio. I graduated from John Carroll University in 2007 with a Master’s degree in Community Counseling. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families. I have worked in a community mental health agency with a diverse population for over 15 years and in a private practice setting for 7 years. I have experience working with youth that struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, behavioral struggles, and those that have experienced trauma, grief and loss. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) & crisis. I tailor counseling sessions to meet the needs of my clients and provide a validating and safe space to process concerns, problem solve and learn new skills.
