Dr. Kellie L. Reed, MD

She has been my Dr for 10 plus years and she's amazing & understanding as well as knowledgeable. She has always treated me with respect & I am completely satisfied with her services.

I wish I could go into it all but privacy does matter so all I can say is her lack of action caused my mother to be gravely ill and still dealing with medical issues almost a full year later (after spending 3 months in the hospital). I am absolutely livid over everything my mother and myself had to handle because of her negligence. You should be able to trust that your provider is doing their best.... Unfortunately that was not the case with Dr. Reed

She is very thorough, knowledgeable and kind.

She is cold, callous, and has a lack of empathy for her patients. She doesn’t like when you ask questions. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone

Tries to use a scare tactic. Very loud, rude. No level of professionalism.

She never fill out my medical transportation forms correctly 8differant times which kept me from getting to my Drs. appointments for 3months an she new she was filling g it out incompletely and that it would keep me from getting toy appointments and when I had my worker call to intervene she was very very rude my worker called an told her response was she could not believe Dr. Kelly Redd responded that way and all this was because I said I was going to look into looking for a new primary which is suppose to be my right as a patient I have never seen a physisian respond that way ever shame on her .

Glad that it over

During an appointment, this doctor prescribed my mother medication. Instead of giving my mother the prescription, she said she'd "call it in to the pharmacy" because she was too busy at the time to write it out. She never called it in and my mother suffered pain for almost a week because the doctor didn't call it in and couldn't be found. I wouldn't recommend her to a dog- let alone a human.
