I was nervous about going back to the urologist after not going for years. The doctor and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole experience stress free..

Went the extra mile, checked with everything. Had a hard time doing the VA nexus letter, his first, but he was willing. Needs a full PA or partner as the office is busy, and do expect to ask questions and do get tests and retests. Extra testing beyond insurance and the hospital finding recommendations caught an early issue. Hours in Pulaski and Lawrenceburg are split. Use the web portal. Why if on 5 stars... short on available hours. Good guy just spread thin. Write a list of questions, and ask to get the extra tests. You didn't waste the money even if it's not an issue.

Dr Kelly Baldwin and his team were really good since the beginning of my treatment and surgery until the end of the process with excellence result, all according to the doctor diagnosis. so, really happy with results. thanks!!

I am glad to see that it wasn't just my husband and I that were treated unkindly. Dr. Baldwin had a list of questions but when we tried to add anything he just stopped us by putting his finger to his lips. We also got the lecture on Tenn and how he hates it but his wife loves it here. I really don't care to hear any doctors personal problems at all. To be a great doctor in Tenn he is going to have to humble down.

Dr. Baldwin gets to the point very quickly with little to no consideration of a suffering person. When my father was try to give his history he was just brushed off by Dr. Baldwin. We had one appointment and most of it resulted in him venting to us about Tenn. We left disappointed with a handful of labs that need to be completed when they were just done less than 6 months ago but he wanted to start over. We will be going back to Nashville for Papa's care.

Mr. Baldwin is an excellent doctor. He spends time with you and makes you very comfortable.

following emergency treatment at the hospital, he was recommended follow up for my kidney infection. He sent out specimens and we returned several weeks later for the results. They had lost all my lab work. No one called me to inform me not to come to the appointment, yet they charged me for the office visit and when I asked if he treated hemorroid problems, they said yes. I filled out a form and was charged $40 dollars for this exam. Once they got my money, the doctor said he didn't treat hemorroids. They didn't give me my money back. They instead distracted me and the original problem of the lost labs wasn't attended to immediately. I have to wait two months to retake them. I will not return to this doctor. He was shifty and unreliable and dishonest. I am on SS and he bilked me out of $200 so far.

He spent a lot of time explaining the surgery and we felt comfortable. He listened and seemed to care.
