She is or unprofessional or malicious or both. First she "created" dental plan for me for 20K when I asked just for one crown! Then agreed to do single implant crown, charged me and insurance $3000 for it then put crown so deep into gum tissue that it was hurt and later it became impossible to floss (even though I asked her to put it higher, as my other implant's crowns were done with other doctors). In a month the gum under her crown started to bleed and foul smell was coming from that place. Had to remove it. Terrible service, bad office manager.

I was not treated well at this office. I spent over $10,000 for an upper plate and then was told, because she could not make me a satisfactory bottom plate, that since I was going somewhere else for the bottom plate, that dentist would have to maintain the top plate which she had made. The overall atmosphere at this office was not welcoming, especially the receptionist and the senior prostho. I do not recommend them.
