Dr Bumpus is absolutely a magnificent physician !!!! Two other doctors recommended amputation at the knees on both of my legs. Because of Dr Bumpus I have my legs and feet. Minus three toes but I consider her expertise an absolute miracle. I have already recommended her to several. Her medical knowledge and personal kindness is definitely unsurpassed !!

Dr. Bumpus is both an excellent doctor and has an excellent, friendly personality. Who ever the person who rated her a one star must be one of those people who complain about EVERYTHING and think they are the most important thing on this earth.

Iam surprised that Dr Bumpass was even able to obtain the education required to be a MD. She is both rude and childish and truly lacking in skill and beside manner. I would find a podiatrist that actually possess the knowledge to assess you injury.

I brought my elderly mother for her feet related medical needs. The front staff was great and help to accommodate our tight scheduling constraints. During our appointment, Dr. Bumpus gave my mom excellent care and attention and my mom was able to leave the appointment with relieve from the pain that she had been having. The whole staff exercised the utmost in professional service and with a caring attitude.

My experiences at the Knoxville Footcare are always pleasant! Dr. Bumpus is very thorough with each visit and I never feel rushed. She has performed two different surgeries and I am totally satisfied with both. Yes, I said both. She did such a wonderful job with the first surgery that I came back in less than a year for the 2nd surgery for my other foot. I have heard several horror stories about foot surgeries which prompted me to do my research before selecting a physician. Dr. Bumpus came highly recommended and I am very satisfied with the end results. I am always greeted with a smile and the staff is always ready to assist. I now personally highly recommend her to my friends!!

I was in so much pain and discomfort before Dr. Bumpus. I am now pain free (suffered for over 10 years), no bone fragments to deal with anymore. The best part is no more stiffness and I can wear shoes comfortably again not to mention, she took care of my bunion as well!!!! Excellent foot care.

As a patient of Knoxville Footcare, I can say that I had the best experience with my surgery. I had a very complicated foot problem and can honestly say after visiting other doctors, Dr. Bumpus was just simply great. All I can say is that if you need foot or ankle care, you won't find a better surgeon. I went to other physicians and Dr. Bumps was the most qualified that I found in the Knoxville market. Normally, I don't bother writing a review, but Dr. Bumpus was simply great.
