Dr. Carson and her staff have provided excellent patient care, guidance and experience for many years and was instrumental in providing support following an aortic dissection in 2009.

Very rude at consultation, did not listen, was defensive and dismissive. After her behavior fiasco, I said I did not want her to do my procedure. She told me to get my copay back and walked out of the room as fast as she could. Shocking behavior from a physician; I was referred to her by my gynecologist but will definitely be letting her know that was a HUGE mistake.

Dr. Carson brings clear, straight-forward diagnostic skills and treatment to her patients, treating them (us) with respect and kindness. I highly recommend.

Worked my way through two other gastro docs before I found Dr. Carson. Finally, a gastro doc who not only answers questions thoroughly but provides the latest updates in this specialty. Superb! I have been her patient for more than 7 years and a few cycles of procedures. She is always been accessible to me and prompt to respond to my concerns. I weathered a bout of diverticulitis under her care and it made all the difference! She has my full confidence. I am 74 years old and seen my share of docs and she is right at the top!

Dr. Kelly Carson has performed 2 colonoscopies on me. She is by far the best of the best ! I am so thankful that my friends and neighbors recommended her to me several years ago. I consider very lucky to have found such a great doctor and I highly recommend her to anyone needing this type of treatment.

If you want a doctor that is arrogant, rude and has no compassion for your medical situation, she is your doctor. We had to cancel two procedures due to personal medical issues, made the third appointment and she cancelled us and told us to go elsewhere. We were charged $250 for the cancelled visit. Good luck if you want someone who cares.

I have been going to this practice for years and unfortunately the physician that i normally go to is no longer at the practice. We went to Dr. Carson for the first time and our experience was horrible. She was rude and had horrible bed side manner. The front office staff was horribly rude as well.

I appreciated this doctors openness regarding my IBS. She completely understood what I was going through and was able to discuss with me my symptoms, provide insight and find solutions for my condition.

Dr Kelly Carson saved me!! She diagnosed me with celiac 5 years ago and my life changed drastically!! I suffered for years with celiac symptoms and was also diagnosed years ago with osteopenia......since Dr Kelly Carson diagnosed me with celiac and I gave up gluten, I no longer suffer and I no longer have osteopenia!!! Dr. Kelly Carson did my most recent colonoscopy. I had to have the procedure done without the sedative in order to be able to drive to a service project wherein I had a major role later the same day. If you have a specialist who can do that particular procedure by talking her patient though the process of it without administering the normal sedative for it, then you have found one first class gastroenterologist! Dr. Kelly Carson was that first class specialist MD for me!
