Dr. Casperson,I must express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the recent incident involving your accusation of missed appointments. Such conduct is not only unprofessional but also detrimental to the doctor-patient relationship which should be built on trust and mutual respect. It is disheartening to learn that you have chosen to level baseless accusations against insinuating a lack of commitment to scheduled appointments. Accusing a patient without proper evidence is not only irresponsible but also goes against the principles of ethical medical practice. It is crucial to remember that patients may have valid reasons for missing appointments, and a medical professional should approach such situations with empathy and understanding. You have had to reschedule appointments due to staffing shortages.As a medical professional, you must approach these matters with a fair and unbiased mindset. I was diagnosed with T1 high grade bladder cancer in 2015. I have had two Turbt surgeries and ongoing monitoring and BCG immunotherapy instillations per Gold Standard established protocols. For 2.5 years, I am NED (no evidence detected) AND, because of the reduced and still effective BCG treatments, I can continue with what is working for me on this cancer journey. Seeing dr Caspersen was one of the best decision I have ever made. When I met her,she told me she needed to let her take care of my problems. She did a turp on me and there was no pain and I felt better the same day. Had the catheter in for two days with no pain. Now after two weeks all systems work like when I was a young man it was so easy it really was almost like a non event. The whole crew at dr Caspersen's were so helpful, I can't thank them enough

Kelly, and her staff, stayed late to provided emergency diagnostics. Kelly saves lives daily. Her findings determine if you need to be admitted to the adjoining hospital for treatment of life threatening blood clots. Her work was professional and thorough. She was pleasant even though my Dr. called just before closing and she needed to ask her staff to stay late as well. Thanks to Kelly, I now have a new lease on life as her careful exam findings eliminated the possibility of a life threatening issue. Thank you so much, Doc.
