Amazing, and very caring urologist. She is one of the few who took the time to listen to my concerns, and provided treatment that was very effective. Would recommend her in a heartbeat. The only issue now is that it seems like she is no longer working at her former institution, and I cannot find her new affiliation (so maybe she is taking a sabbatical?). Anyway, I hope she resurfaces, as I have yet to find another provider as caring as her.

I choice Dr Chiles for my husband and I feel so bad for him. She always qround 2 hours late and she never saw us ontime. And stuff very rude too. Also, we didn't get any results of him yet.

Straight forward and to the point. Performed bilateral orchiectomy on me and the results were very good. She is considerate, courteous and absolutely loves her work. That is what I appreciate the most about her.

Dr. Chiles does not provide even digital appointment reminders. She also has a policy, undisclosed to patients, of allowing only 15 minutes or less lateness for an appointment. This policy is rigidly enforced regardless of whether the waiting room is completely empty, a patient has traveled some distance, or has traveled some time to reach her office. Perhaps with greater experience and maturity, Dr. Chiles will be more respectful and understanding of her patients and realize that her livelihood depends on them. In a city such as Washington, D.C., patients have a very large number of urologists with whom they can choose to consult.
