Compassionate, thorough, efficient professional providing reassuring care. Dr Ellis cared enough to take the time to talk to me and hold my hand during a painful procedure - that was the best medicine given.

I think this doctor is really going to harm someone, if she already hasn't. Spent less than 2 minutes with me then made assumptions about me that I was exaggerating and then wrote them in my record. It turned out i had internal bleeding and several other conditions that could be life threatening. I already knew I had a serious problem, which is why I went to the ER in the first place. This doctor's mental stability should be evaluated in my opinion.

Did not seem like a competent doctor, seemed "off the wall"

Dr. Ellis is a wonderful doctor. She provided a very detailed diagnosis to my boyfriend and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate her taking the time to do all the necessary test and provide him the follow-up information he needed. Some doctors will quickly rush and tell you to follow up with your primary. Dr. Ellis took her time and educated him on his condition along with providing examples for him to better understand. Thank you

My brother had severe pain on his right side internally. He was taken to GBMC Emergency Room; was seen by Dr. Kelly Ellis. She ordered X-rays- but no fractures there. She said "We have to get to the source of this pain," and Dr. Ellis ordered CAT scan. This test showed internal hematoma- cause of pain. Dr. Ellis then ordered meds and blood clotting transfusion for him. He was later admitted to hospital. Previous visit to another ER said "No fractures" and sent him home.
