Dr. Kelly England

I've been coming here since my youngest daughter was born! I love Dr. England and today we saw the NP. Both have addressed ALL my concerns. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy to be a patient. Staff did a great accommodation to fit my needs. Thank you.

I can't express how much I love Dr. England, she explains my baby's growth/developement very clear always address our concerns. Referrals are done ASAP. Front office is nice/welcoming. But I can't stand Dr. England's M.A. my daughter is a yr old so she has seen them all and I myself was a pediatirc M.A and they don't know how to give shots AT ALL. ALL three of them that have injected my baby have been done incorrectly. Thinking about switching doctors due to this please train your staff accordingly.!!!!!!! I don't want to go.

When she wanted to do something that my older son was uncomfortable with and I questioned it and supported my son, she was so rude ... she did not attempt to be reassuring or explain the reasons why she should do it, she just got controlling saying "its my job, maybe you should find a different doctor." And she was very sarcastic and rude to us about my 3 year old not being willing to talk to her, heck I wouldn't want to talk to her either if I was a little kid, she was scary.

So I have been taking my little one here since we moved to mesa...I can tell you that I am now finding a new pediatrician now.Dr. England's office is incredibly awkward. Staff are old and mumble-seem to just want to be done with you type of feeling.Waiting to see her is like waiting an hour more sometimes. Then when she finally gets in the room with you she does the minimal amount of work and is out the door again. She ROLLS her eyes too and doesn't ask if there are any other things she should take a look at or be concerned about.She has missed, three times, giving my little an accurate diagnosis. It was clear there was something wrong in all three instances. Afterward, I would take him to the emergency room for a second opinion and learn that my son was sick and needed help right away!This angers me as to why she can't diagnose something so simple! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I have been going to see Dr. England for the past 5 years with my 3 kids, ages 1, 3 and 6, and I've never had any problems with her or her nurses. Dr. England is kind, caring and very gentle with the kids, and the kids love her. They always ask to see her when they get sick! I am always able to get a same day appointment with her, even with all 3 of my kids. She takes great care of their problems and illnesses, and I would highly recommend her as your next pediatrician. I would never consider going to see anyone else!

I will never go back to this office. I took my 2 month old son here for 1 shot. Yes just 1, instead of the normal 4 and her nurse was scrutinizing me about it. Absolutely none of her business, and I plan on vaccinating my child I just didn't want to do them all at the same time. She then was been rough with my little baby. She grabbed him by the thighs and dragged him to the end of the examining table, and she did not simply give him his shot. She literally stabbed my son with this injection. SO HARD! I couldn't believe her! I have a 4 yr old also so I have been through all the sots and never once have I seen anyone give him a shot like that. Uggh that nurse was awful shame on her! I honestly don't think she was all there..and I am sorry that might be a mean thing to say, but when you are in the medical field you kinda need to be.

this doctor is wonderful she was my middle sons pediatrician from the time he was born in 2002 until we moved to CT in 2005 and we recently moved back to Arizona and luckily she is a participant wiht both our insurances so we returned to her and she is just as wonderful now as she was then even better now. I don't have to wait long to go back for my appointment and as far as being seen I can get in to see her the same day I call if it that urgent she will work her schedule around to see him at lunch which is convenient for me. Overall if I could give her 10 stars I would cause she is that darn good!
