Dr. Kelly has taken care of our special need daughter Gail since she first started her practice. We respect and love her. She is concern about Gail and takes excellent care of her. Dr Fitzgibbons is the best Dr I have ever seen. She very kind, easy to talk to and she know what she is doing!

The office staff is the problem - it is impossible to get a refill by the phone. I have had to call multiple times just to get a prescription, and no one ever follows up to make sure it is completed. Clearly, the office staff has never gone through withdrawl of a medication or they would not act this way. Dr. Fitzgibbons is nice, if you are able to get an appointment with her. Appointments are hard to get.

I ADORE Dr. Fitzgibbons! She is a top-notch diagnostician, she really cares about her patients, she takes her time with everyone, I NEVER feel rushed, she is kind, and compassionate, and caring. I wish they would improve the office staff, though - inexcusable long wait times on the phone when you call to make an appointment, and tough trying to get a message through to your doctor without having to repeat your story to the receptionist, the medical assistant, and then the nurse. I wonder if the doctors in this practice have ever called their own numbers to see how long they are on hold to make an appointment? But, i am willing to put up with that in order to call Dr. Fitzgibbons my doctor. There is no one better.
